If you’re between sizes, order the larger size and trim to fit. Our smallest standard size is EU 35–36. For sizes smaller than EU 35, contact our support team — we can advise on the best cutting approach.

These insoles are very nice and I highly recommend them. They have a feel to them that may take some getting used to. The US M 7.5-10.5 fit my US 10.5 Nike Dunks perfectly. Iβve been walking around with these insoles a lot (20,000-25,000 steps per day) in Tokyo and Hong Kong for two weeks. They are very comfortable. They made my non-walking shoes feel comfortable for about 6-8 hours each day. My only critique is that the toe end could be a little thicker.

At first I was going to give this a 4 star but when I think about the immediate impact this warrants a five star.I have for the past year suffered from a severe case of plantar fasciitis so much so that each morning I wake I had extreme pain walking under my feet to the point where I'd be limping for about five minutes.I tried soaking my feet in epsom salt didnt work. I tried those electric pads didnt work! I finally found out about these and decided what the hell! On the first day since I work on my feet all day the pain was drastically reduced. In the mornings I dont have that sharp stabbing needling like pain with my first steps.So while the pain isn't a 100% gone the results for me are almost night and day literally on day one and thats the reason for the five stars.

I bought these on a whim because my work boots were absolutely killing my heels by midday, and the difference is night and day. The "cloud-like" description isn't just marketing; as soon as I slipped these into my shoes, the memory foam felt supportive but squishy in exactly the right way, providing instant relief for the pressure points in my arches and heels. I was worried the 4D texture might feel weird underfoot, but it actually provides a nice, gentle massage effect that keeps my feet from feeling numb after standing on concrete floors all day. They were super easy to trim to fit my size 10s perfectly, and unlike cheap drugstore inserts that go flat after a week, these have kept their bounce and structure. These are Without Doubt, By Far, the Best insoles I've ever owned! Coming for a guy with lower back pain, who goes through shoes/sneakers and insoles like crazy, that's saying a lot. They offer good arch support, heel support, and toe room. They are also Extremely comfortable! They are literally like clouds that also massage your feet as you walk. I'm not exaggerating! I'm going to buy them for every pair of shoes I own, and that I buy from now on. That's how good they are. The little bumps that do the massaging are a tiny bit stiff upon initial use, so I removed the shoes original insoles, put these in the bottom with the shoes original insole on top. That made all the difference! I still receive all the cushioning, as well as the massage effect, without any discomfort whatsoever. Moreover, I believe after a week or so this won't even be necessary. Regardless, it doesn't change my opinion at all. They are thicker than most insoles, which is exactly what I wanted but you should keep that in mind when purchasing. The sizing is dead on, and fit my shoes without trimming. If you're thinking about getting insoles for your shoes, skip the expensive brands, trust me when I tell you they're not worth the money. Including those famous "Work" insoles. This put them to shame for 1/3 of the price, talk about great value. Get yourself a pair of these, your feet will thank you.
